How the Program Works
The Marketing Activation is a one-on-one program with Margaret Hernandez,
founder of SocializeLA.
The program includes:
Weekly Strategy Sessions
We meet weekly to organize ideas, make decisions, and move your marketing forward.
Optional Office Hours (designated times)
Drop in when you have questions or need quick guidance.
Support Between Sessions
Touch-base support to keep momentum going.
Power Sessions
Focused working sessions to tackle specific marketing challenges.
Power Sessions
Every participant receives two Power Sessions.
Early enrollment includes four Power Sessions.
Power Sessions are focused 45-minute working sessions where we solve real marketing challenges such as:
• campaign planning
• messaging decisions
• marketing structure
• team alignment
• strategy questions
• and more…
Think of them as quick access to marketing leadership when you need it.
Seasonal Activations (2026 Calendar)
The program runs throughout the year. However, 4 times a year we intentionally run ‘Cohorts’. This is a one-on-one program with optional group talks.

The accelerated versions are designed for leaders who want to move quickly and get campaigns organized in a shorter timeframe.
Although you’re in a cohort, the work is personal and one-on-one.
Meet Margaret Hernandez
Margaret Hernandez is the founder of SocializeLA, a marketing leadership company that partners with small businesses, associations, and nonprofits across the country.
Her role is to bring the insight of a CMO into organizations that may not have one, partnering with leaders to shape ideas, organize priorities, and activate marketing that supports real growth.
Through SocializeLA and the SocializeLA Collaborative, Margaret works with a trusted network of marketing specialists who help bring campaigns and ideas to life.

What Happens After the Activation
Many participants complete the program and take the roadmap back to their teams to continue executing.
Others decide they’d like continued support.
If it makes sense for both sides, we may continue working together where Margaret serves as your marketing leadership partner or fractional CMO, helping guide campaigns, strategy, and team execution.
